They said 'we don't charge you for changes.'. But the airlines will charge you for changes ( in small print). This travel agency bad, you can never get hold of customer service. Don't book with them even if they are cheap. You will regret it.

I requested a change I requested a change, they said no problem, then send me an email to accept an extra payment, I accepted and the next day they said, the change was not possible, the pint is they never give me alternative options, verified by them, so I have to change again, they arbitrarily disabled the change. After 3 days, I tried to request a cancellation but the website did not enable that option, and It was impossible to request a change. Finally, I lost the flight, I lost the money, I am trying to connect with them for a refund, no answer till 3 day after the flight. Worse customer service. Do somebody knows who supervise this websites??
