I requested a change I requested a change, they said no problem, then send me an email to accept an extra payment, I accepted and the next day they said, the change was not possible, the pint is they never give me alternative options, verified by them, so I have to change again, they arbitrarily disabled the change. After 3 days, I tried to request a cancellation but the website did not enable that option, and It was impossible to request a change. Finally, I lost the flight, I lost the money, I am trying to connect with them for a refund, no answer till 3 day after the flight. Worse customer service. Do somebody knows who supervise this websites??

Flight Cancellation I booked a flight, they cancelled & offered another flight which was unsuitable, so I rejected it. They offered another which still didn't allow enough time from my connecting Flight. I requested a refund. They offered a travel credit. If I want a refund, I lose $57 as their handling fee. This is outright theft as they sold the original flight (which I suspect never existed) they cancelled & failed to find a suitable alternate flight. Now they want me to pay for their errors. I would say stay away from this booking site. :( No resolution so far.

hurible expirence! hurible expirence!. my flight changed to an early hour. They didn't update me or the ticket so the airline didn't let me board. They didn't take any responsability for thier mistake. I had to wait 12 hours until the mext flight and they didn't compansate me for any of the extra charged I had to do because of their lously work
