IEFound them via sky scanners booked… Found them via sky scanners booked flights fairly late for xmas for the family to New Zealand via Dublin also used last min.com for separate booking had Zero issues what so ever e tickets were confirmed straight away with airline (Emirates) I read a lot of bad reviews after I'd booked so was a little concerned as I've only ever used traditional travel agents in the past but we had a perfect trip and experience also they were the cheapest option I could find so thank you.I booked the flexi option but never used it but I can imagine any changes in flights would be a pain no matter who you use .

ILThere is a quick, successful and understanding response to customers, which I appreciate very much I have been trying several times to change the date of my flight reservation, and each time in the penultimate stage it does not work because the crew sends me a message via email that I must communicate by phone, and my phone never receives international calls, and now I spoke with a representative and she told me that my matters will be handled. By booking by email and taking my note into consideration in order to successfully change the date of my reservation

AUDon't book with them, bad service and really unhelpful Booked a flight ticket them, they said it was fully flexible. Small print was it was not flexible after your departure date. They said 'we don't charge you for changes.'. But the airlines will charge you for changes ( in small print). This travel agency bad, you can never get hold of customer service. Don't book with them even if they are cheap. You will regret it.

GBVery Bad Experience!! Very Bad Experience!!! flight abruptly scrapped. Zero communication. Forced to endure an overnight stay for the next day's flight due to purported overbooking. Rescheduled for the following day. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India, where they exhibit utter unhelpfulness and a profound lack of awareness. It's as if nobody cares in the least.
