GBFreddy went above and beyond whereas… Freddy went above and beyond whereas other agents that I spoke to today could not or would not go do the extra step of helping me. He was very interested In helping me. His follow thru was excellent. I could not believe the amount of time that he put in to Achieve the results that I was so happy with. He made several phone calls to me back and forth getting the charge through as my credit card company made the assumption that it was a fraud charge.
