Amazing Experience for someone who read the negative reviews online So, due to some technical issues, I received a mail stating that the tickets are pending confirmation and reading the reviews online just got me more anxious on those tickets. But as soon as I was able to reach Sonia (the executive on the other end), she took the time to make sure that I receive all my confirmations while I was on the call with her itself. She did not just stop at sharing the PNR confirmation numbers through text messages but also made sure I got them on the mail as well just to allay some of the fears I had with the website!! Last min book- Thanks Rukshana I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket. When I called Travomint, Miss Rukshana assisted me in every way possible. She was extremely warm, patient and found an alternate ticket around the same time and same price. She kept searching until I got a ticket. I am so pleased with Travomint's service and especially Miss Rukshana's assistance and her skill set to deal with customers in a stressful situation.
