Last min book- Thanks Rukshana I had booked a ticket last minute on Travomint, but somehow the airline did not confirm the ticket. When I called Travomint, Miss Rukshana assisted me in every way possible. She was extremely warm, patient and found an alternate ticket around the same time and same price. She kept searching until I got a ticket. I am so pleased with Travomint's service and especially Miss Rukshana's assistance and her skill set to deal with customers in a stressful situation. Refund issue resolved We have been facing one refund issues regarding our flight and the response from airline and travomint customer care was pending. Today we spoke to MR. Salman from the refunds department, he is a good listener , possess a good interpersonal skill to handle clients , quick in resolving the issue for us . I thank travomint and his team and Mr Salman for helping us .
