Amazing Experience for someone who read the negative reviews online So, due to some technical issues, I received a mail stating that the tickets are pending confirmation and reading the reviews online just got me more anxious on those tickets. But as soon as I was able to reach Sonia (the executive on the other end), she took the time to make sure that I receive all my confirmations while I was on the call with her itself. She did not just stop at sharing the PNR confirmation numbers through text messages but also made sure I got them on the mail as well just to allay some of the fears I had with the website!!
