GBPaycom delivers return on investment! From the very first initial call with Paycom with Brendan, I was treated as an individual with individual needs for my company. I was walked through options that I need currently and ones for my future growth. Paycom has already supported me with 3 new hires and tons of saved time on payroll, PTO management, the hiring/onboarding process, and so much more! I am somewhat difficult to please because I expect a high standard of customer service and support when paying for a service, but Paycom comes through EVERY time and I am beyond please! Thank you Brendan, Jacob, and the entire Paycom team! It feels great to have trust in and support from you all!

GBEver sense my work switched to paycom… Ever sense my work switched to paycom everyone's checks are missing hours. Not reading punches. Hours can be all there but your check will still be missing money. It's a mess no one is happy. I may quit my job because of paycom. I will not work for another company that goes through paycom.

GBImplementation was our best experience Implementation was probably the smoothest transition. We had two amazing people who were the glue to helping us. Audrey and Kyle another shout out for your excellent customer service and proactiveness. After implementation it hasn't been great but we are hoping things can perk up. We had our implementation specialist for about 3 months but honestly it could be longer. Maybe have an implementation specialist part of the long term care specialist to help. They just have way more knowledge with the system then long term care. Also past people like sales and the introduction to Paycom training never responded back to any concerns we had to help us and guide us to someone who could. That was disappointing. We hope to continue to learn about Paycom's system and use it to the fullest capability.
