GBMakes clocking in a breeze Makes clocking in a breeze, there is no waiting in line to clock in or out. I like the feature that if I miss a punch, it is easy to fix. I also like the ability to see PTO anytime I wish.

GBTerrible Customer service Terrible Customer service. Their 800 number people don't even know their own system. Issues are not resolved. They constantly push you to automate everything when they can't even fix small issues such as deductions or earnings. It's laughable that I could "save" time by having them incorrectly pay all of my employees. "Save Time and Money" It's misleading advertising.
