GBImplementation was our best experience Implementation was probably the smoothest transition. We had two amazing people who were the glue to helping us. Audrey and Kyle another shout out for your excellent customer service and proactiveness. After implementation it hasn't been great but we are hoping things can perk up. We had our implementation specialist for about 3 months but honestly it could be longer. Maybe have an implementation specialist part of the long term care specialist to help. They just have way more knowledge with the system then long term care. Also past people like sales and the introduction to Paycom training never responded back to any concerns we had to help us and guide us to someone who could. That was disappointing. We hope to continue to learn about Paycom's system and use it to the fullest capability.

GBThe implantation team was AWESOME The implantation team was AWESOME! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The schedule that we all came to agreement on was very nice as well. We knew exactly what we were going to be working on and the deadlines we had. Even before that the Sales Team was great. Very helpful with all our questions, and made sure we knew how the system worked before we committed.

GBTerrible Customer service Terrible Customer service. Their 800 number people don't even know their own system. Issues are not resolved. They constantly push you to automate everything when they can't even fix small issues such as deductions or earnings. It's laughable that I could "save" time by having them incorrectly pay all of my employees. "Save Time and Money" It's misleading advertising.
