Great experience! I had an excellent experience on RussianTrains.com. The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete. The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.

We were impressed by the welcome we were given on entering the train. Facilities at both St Petersburg and Moscow train stations were excellent. We would thoroughly recommend using this service.

Everything went well Everything went well. Booked the train online and boarded the train without any problems. One thought though: It would be more useful to annoy me with requests to review your service AFTER the scheduled date of the train-ride and not after just the ticket-booking. How would I know if you are trustworthy when I had no chance to confirm the validity of the ticket?

Booking process very easy Booking process very easy. Although we ordered tickets well ony advance they turned up as stated in my email in box on time. One required an email query and this was answered within 24 hours. We have not received any offers or discounts for this review. We haven't travelled either.
