So I switched to your site and the timetable was complete! Good idea to give a receipt in English but a ticket in Russian ! Booking a train ticket online was easy… Booking a train ticket online was easy to do. Today I went to the train station to ask about help for our large suitcases when we get to the station. Again, I had helpful people to give me information about this process. I'm looking forward to traveling by train to Riga to see if that is also good.

The whole booking process was very… The whole booking process was very smooth and seamless and the journey from St Petersburg to Moscow and return was first class and extremely comfortable. We were impressed by the welcome we were given on entering the train. Facilities at both St Petersburg and Moscow train stations were excellent. We would thoroughly recommend using this service.
