Cabin for 3 We chosed a gabin for three on the train from Moscow to St Peteburg that departed in date 10th August from Leningradisky at 22.50..we booked a gabin for 3 but there was an other person in the same gabin..they offer us a refound of 80 euros because they didn’t understand how it could happen..we accepted the refound for the disease but i think they will move for make this things not happen again

Easy, fast and reliable It's very easy to find and book the trains, the service and communication is very good (they keep you well informed at all times) and the tickets were sent very reliably and as fast as the seat reservations were made available. I recommend this platform!

Everything went well Everything went well. Booked the train online and boarded the train without any problems. One thought though: It would be more useful to annoy me with requests to review your service AFTER the scheduled date of the train-ride and not after just the ticket-booking. How would I know if you are trustworthy when I had no chance to confirm the validity of the ticket?

Had a great experience with… Had a great experience with RussianTrains just last week, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Planned to be in Moscow and St. Pete now, first week of Nov, 2021. Purchased Tix in advance (super easy and friendly process) and then got the news both cities are going into lockdown. I emailed the company and got a full refund back, no questions asked. Will definitely use them in the very near future to rebook.
