Vivian is amazing Vivian did an amazing job of getting flights I needed on right dates. It was difficult as I had a tight itinerary and, of course, wanted a reasonable fare. Bravo

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I would avoid Wizfair at all costs. I booked with them on their site and hadn't received a confirmation email. Upon this issue, I phoned wizfair. Instead of helping me with my issue, they decided to try and upsell me with another ticket even though I had already paid for tickets!! After going back and forth for a couple minutes, I made it clear that I was not interested in their other tickets. At that point, the fine representative of Wizfair hung up on me and decided to cancel my booking.
