This company owes me money This company owes me money. The boss Joven hires me to run his advertisement and defaults my payment. My payment is only $703.42 but he decided to disappear and give me lots of excuses. Even with Court Order to pay me, he ignores the Court Order.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I would avoid Wizfair at all costs. I booked with them on their site and hadn't received a confirmation email. Upon this issue, I phoned wizfair. Instead of helping me with my issue, they decided to try and upsell me with another ticket even though I had already paid for tickets!! After going back and forth for a couple minutes, I made it clear that I was not interested in their other tickets. At that point, the fine representative of Wizfair hung up on me and decided to cancel my booking.

I just booked my round trip flight between Hilo and Long Beach with an amazing agent named Vivian and I can't begin to tell you how profesional, helpful, supportive, friendly, patient, and friendly he was through it! Honestly, this was legendary level customer service, above and beyond for sure. I hope to book all future flights through him. This flight replaces a flight that was booked to leave on December 13th 2023 but I had an accident on the 12th and couldn't go. Vivian was incredible, making sure to prefectly accommodate all my needs in the most prefectly manner, and he represents his occupation so anaconda! I'm very grateful.
