Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I would avoid Wizfair at all costs. I booked with them on their site and hadn't received a confirmation email. Upon this issue, I phoned wizfair. Instead of helping me with my issue, they decided to try and upsell me with another ticket even though I had already paid for tickets!! After going back and forth for a couple minutes, I made it clear that I was not interested in their other tickets. At that point, the fine representative of Wizfair hung up on me and decided to cancel my booking.

Overall Good Experience with Wizfair Travels I've been working with WizFair Travels for more than six months, and my experience with this company is amazing. The staff and management are friendly and have helped me a lot in adjusting to the new environment. Looking forward to a longer collaboration.
