It was my first time dealing with this… It was my first time dealing with this company, we heard about them over the radio. I had a very bad experience. One of your woking staff members, Priti, told us a very good price for a ticket that we could afford. She told us she could hold that ticket for us until we make a final decision but when we could her to tell her to book it, she refused and said the tickets are sold out. How can the tickets be sold out just in 20-25 mins of asking to hold the ticket? This is really ridiculous. I doubt that she probably sold the ticket for a higher price to someone else. This is so unprofessional of her. I recommended everybody to not deal with them.

DIA is a superhero... gill international travel Ltd is the best In north India I had arrived in India from the USA in feb 2020 to visit my sister in Chennai , and unfortunately was stranded here due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic, I was constantly in touch with DIA and to my surprise she was so patient and nice with me each and every time I called ... she always responded to my calls and messages even though there were no flights operating , she always assured me that she is constantly trying to get a ticket back to the USA at the earliest and will instantly inform me as soon as the bookings open up... her kindness , professionalism and patience is beyond any good words that I can speak , and I’d like to thank DIA and everyone at gill international travel for helping me fly back home ...
