It was my first time dealing with this… It was my first time dealing with this company, we heard about them over the radio. I had a very bad experience. One of your woking staff members, Priti, told us a very good price for a ticket that we could afford. She told us she could hold that ticket for us until we make a final decision but when we could her to tell her to book it, she refused and said the tickets are sold out. How can the tickets be sold out just in 20-25 mins of asking to hold the ticket? This is really ridiculous. I doubt that she probably sold the ticket for a higher price to someone else. This is so unprofessional of her. I recommended everybody to not deal with them.

Gill Travels did the best... Gill Travels did the best while providing the best price for our travel to India but we could not travel because of Covid but they provided us complete refund for a non refundable fare. Will use again when things will go back normal. Thanks to Dia, she went beyond her duties to keep us posted and made sure we got the full refund.

It was great but there was a little mishap. We book through Gill travels a lot, and we fully trust it as we can easily go in person and pay instead of doing it online. But the no-toll website went international and we obviously weren't aware there was an office in India too. Because of that and the pressure of paying online we thought it was a scam but after a call they sorted out that matter professionally and efficiently and we made the payment in person the next day with really good ticketing pricing. I would highly recommend to book through this company.
