This is the first time my son going to travel Bangladesh on his own. After shop around at two to three Travel agencies, we visited this one. We were served by Vikram Verman. We found him very experienced and knowledgeable on the travel business. He does not mind to explain to his customers until they are satisfied. He is also very cheerful and easy man to talk. DIA is a superhero... gill international travel Ltd is the best In north India I had arrived in India from the USA in feb 2020 to visit my sister in Chennai , and unfortunately was stranded here due to the lockdown caused by the pandemic, I was constantly in touch with DIA and to my surprise she was so patient and nice with me each and every time I called ... she always responded to my calls and messages even though there were no flights operating , she always assured me that she is constantly trying to get a ticket back to the USA at the earliest and will instantly inform me as soon as the bookings open up... her kindness , professionalism and patience is beyond any good words that I can speak , and I’d like to thank DIA and everyone at gill international travel for helping me fly back home ...
