GBWill probably do again Thought I sent review but will share again that we loved the ability to sign up beforehand and receive a discount. Will add that we had issues when we checked in (may have been lack of clarity in using the check-in system upon entering gate at the airport) but was resolved when we were in touch by phone with Red Beam upon landing at our first stop. Had we not been able to make phone connection then, the whole experience might have been more difficult. Only further advice: making access and checkout very easy for seniors (like immediate phone access when issues arise). Overall great experience.

GBPrepaid parking fee and easily got into… Prepaid parking fee and easily got into the garage, parked car and then walked the five minutes to TF Green Terminal. Leaving the garage was also a breeze using the same barcode. I usually park in Long Term D and take the shuttle but this garage charges the same and it was very convenient getting into the terminal.

GBConvenient and inexpensive when… Convenient and inexpensive when compared to the other options. Even though I know exactly where Garage C is, the signage as you enter the airport gives no indication of its whereabouts. This would seem to be the result of some sort of airport power struggle - very Rhode Island.

GBI like the convenience of the garage… I like the convenience of the garage but the last few times the gate didnt work with and I had to backup and go to the opposite entry making the people who had already pulled up behind me directly frustrated. Leaving the way out it weird and not exactly clearly marked as it dumps you out the back now . I am not sure why you cant go out as it use too. A bit inconvenient

GBAutomated Exit Issues My online reservation was quick and easy; however, upon exiting the garage late at night, wanting to go home… Many people were finding it difficult to use the automated gate exit. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to exit due to multiple confused people. Other drivers, had to exit their cars while in line to exit, to assist confused people at the automated gate. I myself had no problem but multiple others did. I had also been expecting a live person working at the gate. If possible, improvement may be needed at the exit gate.
