GBTrip cancellation refund Had reservation for 6 days but had to return to airport and retrieve car on the same day that we left because Covid caused trip cancellation when we got half way to our destination. Refund was promptly processed.

GBWhen i tried to make my reservation When i tried to make my reservation, it kept not accepting my information, so I called two days in a row and you never returned my calls. I was finally able to make it no thanks to you. When I went to leave the garage the exit was blocked and I had to use a different exit that took me where I didn't want to go.

GBConvenient and inexpensive when… Convenient and inexpensive when compared to the other options. Even though I know exactly where Garage C is, the signage as you enter the airport gives no indication of its whereabouts. This would seem to be the result of some sort of airport power struggle - very Rhode Island.

GBSmooth parking experience with Red Beam… Smooth parking experience with Red Beam Garage. Only downfall we had is that we forgot to scan our barcode when entering so it does not allow you to scan it when paying so we ended up paying for an extra day

GBParking in the Red Beam Garage was convenient, easy and reasonably priced. Parking in the Red Beam Garage was convenient and easy. I prepaid online so I scanned into the garage using my loyalty card when we arrived and scanned out when we left.
