On leaving the parking garage ( after scanning my code) I received a printout. Later that evening I received an email with the same infos. I will park there again!!!

When i tried to make my reservation When i tried to make my reservation, it kept not accepting my information, so I called two days in a row and you never returned my calls. I was finally able to make it no thanks to you. When I went to leave the garage the exit was blocked and I had to use a different exit that took me where I didn't want to go.

Trip cancellation refund Had reservation for 6 days but had to return to airport and retrieve car on the same day that we left because Covid caused trip cancellation when we got half way to our destination. Refund was promptly processed.

This is a very affordable option… This is a very affordable option compared to parking in Boston or in another garage. You can easily walk to your car after your flight. If you have to extend your stay they automatically adjust so that you don’t have to worry and the process is seamless and automated. I recommend making a reservation because I’ve arrived at the garage where they worn that you can’t get in without one
