I am very happy with the customer… I am very happy with the customer service and help provided by United, unlike other airlines I did not have to beg and fight for a refund on my cancelled flight, which means a lot!! Today I spoke with customer service… Today I spoke with customer service Rina who was amazing her customer service skills very efficient, polite and knowledgeable also professional. this company portrayed themselves as being a third-party connection with Jett. Blue airlines also turned out to be fraud. They were going to have us pay additional $160 for change airfare reservations that we had no connection to the change the change was due to JetBlue not us.

Rina saved the day Rina saved the day! Double booking because of a united member number issue was resolved thru her hard work! An unusual situation that took some time with her perseverance showing and providing excellent customer service. I wish I could call her every time!
