Besides I do guy speaks very bad spanish,he does not understand AND just pretend help repeating the same as a loop bad Song! He do not understand the request. So I love Heizel attention! Phishing scam Phishing scam. Said they were United Airlines reps., and charged $400. United phoned minutes later, said they got a phony travel change, and advised the company is fraudulent. United said I would have gotten a refund of $26. United then had to for real change my reservation. Stay Away !!!!!

Bad connection Bad connection. Got disconnected. Had to give my information 3 times. I wasn't feeling very comfortable giving information because it didn't feel professional. Couldn't book online because there was no place to check a minor. When I got my confirmation he was checked as an adult anyway. It was cheaper to book online. I was charged 100.00 more by calling. Won't be doing that again!

Very pleased with the associate who… Very pleased with the associate who helped us plan our travel, Mylo Henderson. He was very responsive, very polite, very thorough and so easy to work with. Mylo made everything clear to us and we certainly appreciate his assistance. Kudos to Mylo!

Hazel was excellent with helping us… Hazel was excellent with helping us find flights from San To Den. She answered all our questions. Never made us feel like we had stupid questions. She follow through on every detail. She made finding an economical flight very easy! I will be using this sight for all my/our future plans. 😃
