"Leslie" was on point! "Leslie" was on point in assisting us this morning. Our flight was cancelled/not booked without our knowledge and we discovered this while we were at the airport. She was amazing in reaching out to Qatar Airlines to get us a waiver and help us rebook at no additional coat to us. I will absolutely book with ScholarTrip again.

I love a company that has good customer service I accidentally came upon this company when searching for airfare. I initially went for another company but they gave me hard time. But I was pleasant that i went with scholartrip as that it was solid decision. After i used their easy to use booking page. I called them the next day and got ahold of Joselle. Then made the process easy for me and booked my tickets.

Booking the original ticket was a bit… Booking the original ticket was a bit stressful since I had a problem with confirming my card. But the customer support team was super helpful more than once. Mulan helped me out lots and had great response times. I will be using ScholarTrip again.

I was very surprised. Customer reps usually forget about your existence after they hang up. I'm impressed.

Rico was patient and very helpful Rico was patient and very helpful. I'm not sure what it was that was making the payment process so slow to confirm, But Rico helped me make sure I was able to request a wheel chair and he helped forward my itinerary to a secondary email.
