They bait you with lower rate but never give you a confirmation until you are forced to contact them. Then the dance starts and don’t don’t let you pay for the fare you just purchased online, they add all kinds of fees until they meet their quote. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM… they should be investigated for their tactics.
