Your process is a bait and switch Your process is a bait and switch. You guys managed to completely stress me out as I'm trying to get to a funeral. As if that wasn't bad enough both of your employees made mistakes while processing my boarding pass. When I finally got to the point where I finally was about to get my boarding pass email your guy on the phone started hassling me about a review before he even did anything. Then he sends my someone else's information. Then he started to bother me about a review again.

Fraud people Fraud people I booked tickets showing less price and then next morning a guy brought up all hidden charges out, saying the ticket was with restricted facilities. I booked ticket from SFO to LHR. On booking they never informed me about what restrictions are there. BIG restriction was - No luggage allowed. Crap, who will travel internationally without any luggage. These guys are fraud. Creating situation where they trap cusotmers into situation where now customer needs to go for upgrades. Long story short - I wasted my many hours, don't want to waste your time with long reviews. I would just tell you in one line. Don't trust ever FarePorto. This is fraud company. I am going to file complaint against them in next 2 days if they are not refunding my money. And would also advice everyone to file the complaint against fareporto.com on following sites. These official agencies will definitely take strict actions on them. 1) The state consumer protection office where you live or where the travel company is located (travel company is located Florida) 2) The FTC 3) Your local Better Business Bureau
