GBYour process is a bait and switch Your process is a bait and switch. You guys managed to completely stress me out as I'm trying to get to a funeral. As if that wasn't bad enough both of your employees made mistakes while processing my boarding pass. When I finally got to the point where I finally was about to get my boarding pass email your guy on the phone started hassling me about a review before he even did anything. Then he sends my someone else's information. Then he started to bother me about a review again.

GBScam. Stay away from this corrupt organizations Scam! Stay away from this company Fareporto.Com and SmartCheapFares.com. It’s same company using strong arm tactics to get people’s money. They bait you with lower rate but never give you a confirmation until you are forced to contact them. Then the dance starts and don’t don’t let you pay for the fare you just purchased online, they add all kinds of fees until they meet their quote. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM… they should be investigated for their tactics. I plan on continuing to take this matter as high as possible until these people are forced to chance how they do business and introduce ethics into their businesses.
