Princess was Exceptional !! Princess was exceptional in getting together the trip for my daughter. She was very friendly, kind and a joy to speak with on the phone. Princess followed up with us the following day by phone, which was something I wasn't expecting, especially after we purchased the trip and everything was all set and done. During this call she went over all the details of the trip including layovers and also that my daughter could now select her seats for all legs of the trip.
