GBAt first I was skeptical at following… At first I was skeptical at following through with purchase of our family tickets, due to the price increase at checkout. I am reluctant and do not like to ‘chat’ yet Donald was really helpful helping me retrieve the same price and even customized my husband tix. He will be flying back sooner and we all still get to fly to Europe together. Very good customer service. Mahalo!

GBThey can lie easily to customers After my experience with Hop2, I tried to find another company to purchase my flight ticket. I landed to Ovago website. And their chat operator told me that "Looks like your already booked" and I noticed that they're a part of Hop2. I asked them about this and they said "No we aren't a part" but when I checked over internet I found information and they are same group. So they aren't trustworthy and they can lie to customers easily.

GBEmail bombardment I was checking a flight and I was asked from Alonzo for my email and phone number. I didn’t give it to them as I just wanted to check something on my own and after an appalling experience with Expedia I book only through the airlines directly. In addition, I wasn’t in a rush to book anything. I disconnected from their page in a couple of minutes and despite not having given them my contacts, they day after they started bombarding me with emails: I got two copies of the quote and two copies of an email asking to confirm if I got the quote. The silver lining is that at least I know how aggressive they are without having to buy anything from them, so I’ll carefully avoid this company

NLdon't do it! not worth it! This company sells a flexible ticket option for $135, but they make it incredibly difficult to actually change your ticket. And they try to charge you penalty fees that per their terms, you don't owe. It's very hard to get a reply from their customer service in a timely manner. Just not worth it.
