So far I have had a great experience So far I have had a great experience. I used google flights to search for flights, then was presented with a number of options to book. Travelcation was first as the cheapest, but I had never heard of them so I was going to pay more with Travelocity. But then I figured google wouldn't use them if they were horrible. I received the confirmation email. After than I received a pdf itinerary and a phone call with the rep asking me to go through the details of the names and flight times dates etc. This is a level of service I had not received from Expedia and Travelocity in the past. I will update my experience after my vacation.

My first experience with Travelcation This was my first experience of using Travelcation. I saw a mixed customer reviews for Travelcation online when I was trying to use it to book my flights to China this summer. But, I was very happy with the excellent service that Ms. Molly Smith had provided me. She was very understanding, patient, responsive, efficient, and professional in the whole process. She not only helped me to book my trip that I liked, but also ensured my receiving the e-Tickets for my trip promptly. I am truly grateful to her for great help to me! But, I do hope that the company will make the use of American Express credit card a bit easier for their customs than they currently do.

I had to cancel a trip and I was going to be penalized 20 percent of the ticket price by the airlines to cancel the flight. Marcus worked dilligently to assist me with getting a full refund. He is to be commended for his hard work and now I know that Travelcation has not only the best prices on flights, but the best service too! Customer for life here.
