I was connected with Marcus and he was… I was connected with Marcus and he was helpful amidst the change on our itinerary. He stayed in contact even through the weekends and gave me timely updates. Also, He successfully delivered my request and even followed through after the fact. This is the definition of communication, and i loved the fact that they actually call you not just through emails! Amazing experience!

Persistence Paid Off While my initial efforts to work with this company were extremely frustrating with online booking efforts that could not get processed without explanation followed by phone calls that got dropped or were disconnected by Travelcation, I finally got to an agent named Aurelius who worked diligently to get the booking done for me including seat assignments, frequent flyer numbers. etc., double checking everything to be sure it was correct. It took hours of effort but we finally got ticketed on the flights we wanted. Their phone number came into my phone as "Suspected Spam" so their calls to me were getting blocked by my carrier Xfinity.

Great experience! I had a great experience with these guys. My boarding pass arrived in my inbox within about 3 minutes of my purchase. From start to finish the communication was amazing. They kept me updated about the status of my flight. They gave me a price that was lower than Google Flights, which I thought was great. I will definitely book with these guys again!

No Title After booking through Google Flights, I was contacted by Oliver Smith who asked for copies of my driver license and credit card. I later received email confirmation that the flights were booked, and my credit card was charged for the agreed upon amount. Oliver contacted me again and remained on the line while I prepared this review.
