No Title After booking through Google Flights, I was contacted by Oliver Smith who asked for copies of my driver license and credit card. I later received email confirmation that the flights were booked, and my credit card was charged for the agreed upon amount. Oliver contacted me again and remained on the line while I prepared this review.

Great service from Adam vacations Great service from Adam vacations, Emma was a great help to me when I was traveling in a country where international calls were difficult and had an emergency where I had to change my travel plans and was unable to contact the agency to reschedule. She reached out to me numerous times and helped me throughout the change of my travel plan step by step. The service that I received from Miss Emma Smith was above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely be recommending and using Adam vacations /Travelcation/booking.com for all my travel needs. Thanks for all the help, Emma!

Was easy to book with online....but… Was easy to book with online....but then out of no where someone called me and said they needed to charge me another 2000$ for the flights to book my seats, if i didn't pay the amount they would cancel the whole trip and only give a partial refund. I had suspicious charges on my card which i disputed as the total they billed did not add up to the total i was invoiced. took weeks to resolve and still had them threatening to cancel my trip a few days before departure.

Helpful At first I was hesitant about Travelcation, when I heard my booked flights had been cancelled. But, Marcus at Travelcation helped resolve the issue. He got me new flights that were good enough and refunded some of the money I lost in the process. It wasn't ideal (my first flights were much better), but Marcus helped salvage what could have been a major disappointment.
