CACould not get flights changed Our admin booked my flights, then went on holidays. I needed to make changes and it was impossible. I phoned Lola and they couldn't make changes because my flight had been booked by somebody else, who had to approve it, and they were unavailable.. I finally had to phoned Air Canada, who went over and above to fix this for me. It was difficult for them because the flight was booked through Lola. After this experience, I'm booking my own flights through other resources in the future.

GBAmazing customer service Amazing customer service. They answered within minutes on the online chat and helped me with my booking. Also when I was having issues with my payment they contacted me to see how can they help. Really helpful!! The app is friendly, and very easy to navigate in. You receive an email with every change on your flights, so you won't have further issues

INIn love with Lola! I have been using lola.com for some time now and every time it exceeds my expectations. Simple, intuitive & no-nonsense web platform, timely notifications of gate or flight time changes and an excellent customer care team. I'll shout from the rooftops to recommend Lola to everyone :)

GBOverall an excellent experience, unsure about flight pricing yet... Overall our company has had a great experience with Lola. There has been some question here and there around the cost of the flights compared to Google or directly through the Airline. Though, it's hard to compare because Lola shows the "Out the door" cost where most other spots quote you prices before taxes and fees. The customer service is incredible and worth the cost alone. Any time we need help changing a flight, they are on top of it.

GBUse another app Lola provides nothing to the travel consumer that other sites are not already providing and better. There is no rerouting assistance when connections are missed. The fares are higher than booking direct. Frequent flyer program benefits are diminished. Lola would have to significantly retool itself to be a viable product.
