Love it! The customer service and accuracy MAKES this work. The response time for chats is critical and I love never having to wait. My issues are solved with chat agents. Love it. If I ever do have a problem or request, it is solved and my expectations are met. Perfect for business use.

I use Lola for all of my travel… I use Lola for all of my travel bookings. Its super easy and worry free. They link all of my loyalty numbers and automatically apply them. If you are looking for something different or specific, you just chat with them and they are very responsive! I'm glad our company uses this platform! I will use it for personal travel as well.

Could not get flights changed Our admin booked my flights, then went on holidays. I needed to make changes and it was impossible. I phoned Lola and they couldn't make changes because my flight had been booked by somebody else, who had to approve it, and they were unavailable.. I finally had to phoned Air Canada, who went over and above to fix this for me. It was difficult for them because the flight was booked through Lola. After this experience, I'm booking my own flights through other resources in the future.

Overall an excellent experience, unsure about flight pricing yet... Overall our company has had a great experience with Lola. There has been some question here and there around the cost of the flights compared to Google or directly through the Airline. Though, it's hard to compare because Lola shows the "Out the door" cost where most other spots quote you prices before taxes and fees. The customer service is incredible and worth the cost alone. Any time we need help changing a flight, they are on top of it.
