Exceptional customer service Great customer service! The team is extremely attentive to their clients and always looking to improve based on client feedback. It’s been awesome to see features I’ve requested actually show up in the product!! It takes so much stress out of travel planning knowing that I’ve got the Lola team in my back pocket. And superficially I love the purple color story and how intuitive it is to navigate. We love Lola!

In love with Lola! I have been using lola.com for some time now and every time it exceeds my expectations. Simple, intuitive & no-nonsense web platform, timely notifications of gate or flight time changes and an excellent customer care team. I'll shout from the rooftops to recommend Lola to everyone :)

Use another app Lola provides nothing to the travel consumer that other sites are not already providing and better. There is no rerouting assistance when connections are missed. The fares are higher than booking direct. Frequent flyer program benefits are diminished. Lola would have to significantly retool itself to be a viable product.

Quick and easy way to book flights & accommodation for work We use this software in our company and it is great to allow our staff members to book their own flights and hotel accommodation. The company is able to put in policies around what flights / accommodation is allowed to be booked (ie. the cheapest flight +/- 5%, etc). The company can also put in their payment details, so then staff are able to book their flights & accommodation through the company payment details. Last, Lola support are responsive and very helpful as well.

Lola is awesome! I love the convenience of using Lola. It is a great way to travel hassle free- and if there is any issues or if I need to change a reservation last minute the helpful staff are always quick to respond and resolve my issue for me.
