GBPrice and booking were seemless Price and booking were seemless. Customer service is horrible. No phone number to talk to anyone. Only open regular business hours. Could only communicate through email. Would have been 5 Stars if you could actually talk to someone via phone 24/7 or at least till something like 10pm

GB+ Customer Service Had a last minute family medical emergency and had to cancel. The trip was fully refundable if cancelled by a certain time, and I cancelled the day before that time. However, I was only reimbursed half and not the full cost. I contacted customer service next day and Jennifer looked into it and saw that I met the timeline and reimbursed the other half. Very grateful that she understood the situation and was able to assist.

GBWas assured I would get a confirmation… Was assured I would get a confirmation email! Never did! Moved on to another hotel! Got back home! Surprise we charged you for your stay also! Terrible company and experience!

GB5 Stars for Jennifer @ SmarterTravel I was hesitant to use the Customer Service chat since they don’t have a Customer Service Line you can call. I didn’t want to deal with a bot that isn’t going to be much so but fortunately Jennifer at SmarterTravel was who assisted me and me the entire experience a breeze. She was very attentive and dealt with my issue immediately. I will use SmarterTravel again because of Jennifer
