Memorable tour Our tour was very systematic. Our tour guide and driver were always on time. Check in and check out to hotels were smooth. Entering to paid tourist spots were a breeze. All were arranged properly by Brian, our tour guide. Though he speaks Chinese most of the time, HE never forgets to translate to English the important details of his instructions.

Great experience Lovely well organised tour experience. Hotel choices were budget friendly and neat. Transport via coach was good. Saw lots of the few days. Tour guide could have been much better and more well versed. He forgets to speak in English sometimes but always helpful. The BEST customer service on answering all of my queries numerous times. Definitely will book again. Highly recommended to book with them!!!

Okay experience Itinerary was ok. Accommodation hotels were hit-or-miss - some really good, some were not so. I suggest optional tours be embedded in the initial tour price to be paid. In our case, our initial tour payment was almost equal to the payment for optional tours, which had us taken quite aback during the trip itself. I think the trip would have been more enjoyable if we weren't asked to pay out every so often. Tour guides were helpful - some even offering to take family photos for us but translation was quite poor. For us, we know how to speak in Mandarin and English so we could tell that their English translation was relatively lacking. Lots of points for improvement but a good experience nonetheless.

Boring trip The tour guide we had was boring! And I didn't see what was supposed to be seen, which is why I booked it.
