Felt like fooled this time I used the trip 2 years ago and liked it so much that I returned to use it again. But this time I felt cheated. I was clearly informed in all the communication that the itinerary includes Glen Watkins, whereas in the bus I was told that GW is closed. I should have been informed earlier if we weren't going to GW. Moreover, the stop at the Rochester restaurant was not a part of the planned itinerary and not even en route. It caused excessive delay in reaching the destination. The 9-10 hours journey took over 12 hours and I reached Niagara after sunset which was very dissatisfying. On the good side, the staff (tour guides Helena and Lidi and the driver) were nice, very courteous, hospitable and caring, but for the concern I mentioned, they were helpless as this was decided at the office level.

Okay experience Itinerary was ok. Accommodation hotels were hit-or-miss - some really good, some were not so. I suggest optional tours be embedded in the initial tour price to be paid. In our case, our initial tour payment was almost equal to the payment for optional tours, which had us taken quite aback during the trip itself. I think the trip would have been more enjoyable if we weren't asked to pay out every so often. Tour guides were helpful - some even offering to take family photos for us but translation was quite poor. For us, we know how to speak in Mandarin and English so we could tell that their English translation was relatively lacking. Lots of points for improvement but a good experience nonetheless.

Tour revisited The tour could have been better organized with a couple of more places to see especially in NY ( Fifth Avenue, Trump tower etc.) Also in Philadelphia we saw only one place, Independence Bell. I do n't blame the organizers totally because travelling eats away more time. One more important thing is the tour guide has to be more helpful, smiling and friendly and specially co-operative with senior citizens. Then only the tour becomes more successful.

5 star experience in Scandinavia We went for the Trip to Scandinavia. Excellent all-round experience. Time schedule was always met. The tour locations were excellent. The tour guide and driver were very good.

My friends and I had so much fun! Highly recommended! My friends and I had so much fun with our 5-Day Canada East Tour from Toronto: Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Thousand Islands and Niagara Falls tour. Daniel, our tour leader was very accommodating, warm and very caring. He was so lively and perky :) The places we visited though quick were amazing. It just rained the whole time in Quebec but still enjoyed it. We opted for hotel upgrades and VIP seats on the coach and they were fabulous. Highly recommended. Our guide on the last day to Niagara Falls was Mr. Yi. He was also very accommodating. He even went out of his way just for us to see the rainbow after the rain at the falls. Very lively and helpful. thank you so much NGH for a very memorable 5 days Canadian trip :)
