Great experience with Tours4Fun At Tours4Fun, I got my preferred timeslots available with reasonable pricing and cancellation policy. After purchasing tickets, I called their customer care center for my younger son (<3 yrs) ticket and they immediately worked upon my request and sent me the updated tickets. At site also, there was not hassle. Overall great experience.

Supportive staffs.. Supportive staffs... well explained about tour while travelling in bus... one suggestion ... while we reach the destination, like palace, square, monument etc., we were left alone to visit the area. It would be more worthy if tour guide could guide us inside also.

Okay experience Itinerary was ok. Accommodation hotels were hit-or-miss - some really good, some were not so. I suggest optional tours be embedded in the initial tour price to be paid. In our case, our initial tour payment was almost equal to the payment for optional tours, which had us taken quite aback during the trip itself. I think the trip would have been more enjoyable if we weren't asked to pay out every so often. Tour guides were helpful - some even offering to take family photos for us but translation was quite poor. For us, we know how to speak in Mandarin and English so we could tell that their English translation was relatively lacking. Lots of points for improvement but a good experience nonetheless.
