I sent a request for a cruise quote for… I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. So they called me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it? So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. Apparently they didn’t read the notes either. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

Shout out to the crew again… Wanted to give another shout out to Sean and most of the crew of the boat we took to the Statue of Liberty today. All of the crew members with the exception of Michael P. ,the announcer, were very kind an helpful with a situation that could have negatively impacted out entire vacation to New York today. I wish Michael P. could have been more understanding and sympathetic with the situation at had as we were dealing with an elderly person. He was rude and disrespectful and I hope he can work on that so that it does reflect negatively on the company. Thanks to everyone else again!!!!

Booked cruise with Icruise 13 months… Booked cruise with Icruise 13 months ahead. No advice deposit is non refundable. very poor customer service can't get anybody on the phone to discuss just computer genertaed txt responses. Don't book with this company

Martin Brooks is wonderful. I recently lost my 16-year old son, Aiden; and I decided to take this trip with my younger son and husband. I am broken-hearted—thinking how I could possibly go on this trip, continue the journey of life without Aiden. When I called, I was greeted by a warm personality, travel advisor, Martin Brooks. He was professional, helpful, and most of all, he was very kind. I appreciated his patience and the respectful manner of his communication.
