GBMartin Brooks is wonderful. I recently lost my 16-year old son, Aiden; and I decided to take this trip with my younger son and husband. I am broken-hearted—thinking how I could possibly go on this trip, continue the journey of life without Aiden. When I called, I was greeted by a warm personality, travel advisor, Martin Brooks. He was professional, helpful, and most of all, he was very kind. I appreciated his patience and the respectful manner of his communication. GBI booked a cruise with Melinda… I booked a cruise with Melinda Gierowski on January 7, 2024. I notified Melinda on the same day that the specialty dining experience was not reflected on the cruise documents. She stated that she would take care of it. I have called back several times and was asked to provide the documentation which I email to the agent. I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email. I have continued to call and have asked to speak to a supervisor of which I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. PHDouble Payment I have booked on their website and as I was done booking, there was a note that I still have another pending payment same amount with what I booked. I panicked and paid again, as I wanted to settle everything already. But I realized I did a big mistake when I received two email confirmations! Please help me with this one! I am so confused.

GBPrompt correction of problem. I recently wrote a review about Icruise not providing me a receipt or confirmation number within a timelely manner. An icruise representative reached out to me, and not only provided me with a receipt etc.., but solved another complaint I had that I hadn’t had a chance to post a review on. The rep was also and I appreciate the correction and I will do business with this company again. Anyone can make a mistake, but it is nice to see s company promptly correct a mistake.

GBCarmen and ICruise has been wonderful We aren't far into to the trip process, but so far iCruise has been a remarkable experience. Carmen Ray has been above and beyond wonderful in helping us choose, book, and get excited for our cruise in September. If Carmen's personal attention and amazing customer service is indicative of the entire company, iCruise deserves high praise for their training. 100% happy and recommended. Keep up the great work!
