He planned me and my best friends 3 week euro trip and made transportation run smoothly as well as picked awesome hotel locations. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to plan a vacation-especially to Europe!

Very friendly travel agent until Very friendly travel agent until I had completely booked (and paid for) all planes, trains, and hotels. Then agent's behavior changed dramatically -- not friendly at all -- answered some of my questions briefly and others not at all. Seemed angry that I even asked questions.

Superior travel booked a group trip… Superior travel booked a group trip down the Rhine River for this past September. The trip was cancelled due to Covid. They have not refunded the groups money with some of our friends receiving no refund while others receiving 50%. Do not use these guys as there is a lawsuit pending and probably another coming to collect.

Amazing Travel Agents This company is truly amazing and Fred is one of the best travel agent hands down! We booked a Royal Caribbean – Harmony of the Seas Cruise and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! He gave us all of these details regarding destinations, life aboard a ship, accessibility, etc. The overall experience was unimaginable.
