GBVery friendly travel agent until Very friendly travel agent until I had completely booked (and paid for) all planes, trains, and hotels. Then agent's behavior changed dramatically -- not friendly at all -- answered some of my questions briefly and others not at all. Seemed angry that I even asked questions.

GBWe have used Superior Cruise and Travel… We have used Superior Cruise and Travel for years and they have provided us with the best vacations and service. We had two minor issues on two different trips and Fred took care of it within minutes. We like to travel all over in Europe and the UK and have recommended Superiorvto several other friends and associates. GBStill waiting on refund from April, 2020! We had a trip planned to Italy for April of 2020, when Covid hit. After waiting now over a year and a half, and after multiple calls and emails, we are still waiting for all of our refund. We received back only 50% from this travel agency, so still looking for over $5000, despite an email from this travel agency's general manager stating my "eligible outstanding refund due" was $11,606. I have been given multiple excuses....

GBnothing was as promised We had planned our Hawaiian vacation for over a year. When our original agent left, we were never really given another agent to work with. Our attempts to contact someone about travel details the week before our trip was difficult. When we arrived at the hotel, first we were told that one if our 3 rooms were cancelled. Then we did not get a room with a king bed, as was what the agent said we would get. Then we were informed that our package(at this hotel and the next) diss not include daily breakfast as was originally promised. The owner of the company called us at 3:00am on our vacation to tell us we can try to charge our breakfast to the room and see what happens 😕. We would not recommend this agency to anyone.
