Superior travel booked a group trip… Superior travel booked a group trip down the Rhine River for this past September. The trip was cancelled due to Covid. They have not refunded the groups money with some of our friends receiving no refund while others receiving 50%. Do not use these guys as there is a lawsuit pending and probably another coming to collect.

I will use Superior Cruise and Travel…for every vacation! I will use Superior Cruise and Travel for all my vacations. They went above and beyond my expectations. Took my daughter to New York for graduations present. Superior Cruise and Travel gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do during travel, set me up for things I didn't know I would need in New York (like hop-on-hop-off pass), they promptly answered ever question I had.

I would definitely recommend this… I would definitely recommend this company, the service is superior. My travel agent D. Richards is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the business, and always helps me in making the right decisions about my trip planning. Every trip that I have planned is always successful. Just one more thing my agent makes me feel like I am apart of Superior Cruise and Travel family. Thanks guys!!

Our travel agent was great at…initial communication. Our travel agent was great at communicating and helping us out due to the short time we booked beforehand. The room at the resort was nice as we expected, not as was promised. We had to move rooms a few times and after wasting several hours of our vacation on this issue, we finally received a room that was comfortable and had an acceptable partial ocean view. Our agent never followed up with us afterwards to see how our experience was. I probabaly would not use this travel agency again unless there was a significant improvement.
