Immediately after receiving my confirmation, I contacted you to tell you the flight was wrong as it had me leaving on August 7 returning August . I had my friend who travels around the world check my selection of July 31st to August 7th. I tried speaking to you and the person I spoke to basically told me I screwed up and he would not help me. Too bad for me. I did not screw up, I want my $879.92 back. You made the mistake not me and I called you within 2 minutes of seeing the error. All airlines allow for a change if there is an error even with a no refund policy. I intend to take this to a higher authority if you do not fix the error. Vi have made other flight arrangements with a different airline.
