I thought that this site is a scam but, I saved 30% of the cost I thought that this site is a scam. Having PayPal as a payment option encouraged me to book through them. I saved 30% of the same ticket price since I was almost ready to pay through WestJet website.

Great experience Great experience. However I needed to rectify the name of one of my group, and the online application was under construction so I needed to either call or email. Once that functionality is up, the experience will be great.

Customer Service is not so great I took one star away because when I called the number they had for a reduced flight. Person on the phone was very rude and did not have enough info. Otherwise no issues.

I love the fares offered and the ease… I love the fares offered and the ease of selection, however i have been trying for 2 days to contact customer service pertaining to an error on my reservations which i fear will prohibit us from our travels. I have attempted to make corrections via the BOT, texts phone calls and emails with no avail. Extremely difficult to get obtain actual support.
