Great experience to rebook cancelled flights (Covid-19) We booked our flights to Germany one year ago, but due to the pandemic the flights got cancelled. After receiving our vaccinations we are now ready to rebook our flights and to apply our credits from the cancelled flights. Cris booked great flights Cris booked great flights for me with plenty of time between them so I didn't have to worry about transfers. Coming back through Chicago saved about 8 hours flying time although O'Hara was an absolute nightmare. Security check took over a hour, again I was glad I had plenty of time before the next flight. Cris also took care of my meal updates, as I changed my mind several times. All in all, a great experience, especially with sn e-ticket 8
