I have been waiting for my refund for a… I have been waiting for my refund for a flight that had to be canceled due to Covid, since 26 July 2020! I have been writing to them every few weeks and every time they come back to me, it’s the same excuse... “We are waiting for the supplier”. I called the supplier today and they have confirmed that they have had no communication from Flights Bank regarding a refund for me. My advise to anyone looking to use Flights Bank is to stay well away and do not be tempted by the misleading 4-5 star rating! It’s a poorly run operation, bordering on a scam!

I booked the flights from London to… I booked the flights from London to Orlando but after further discussion guess what we thought we'll fly to Miami! I took my chances and contacted Flightsbank Chat service. Travel desk 4 (Mr Rubain) started talking to me and he kindly offered to check and cancel my tickets. I was so relieved.
