Still waiting on refund for tickets… Still waiting on refund for tickets cancelled from April 3, 2020 that were cancelled due to Covid. We are owed nearly $2,000. I have emails with confirmation of the refund but still nothing in the bank. After several emails back, they have stopped replying. I would NEVER use this travel agency again. Very hard to communicate with even if you get someone on the phone, make false promises.

Reuben was a lifesaver today Reuben was a lifesaver today! I followed process and called the airlines and went online to try and cancel my reservation due to concerns with coronavirus. the AA phone system is collapsed and the online system said I could not cancel online. I called flightsbanks and Rubain Samuel picked up my call after a few rings. He was very empathetic to my situation and stayed on the phone with me until he was able to reach the airline and get the issue / cancellation resolved. His customer service was outstanding. I will absolutely book all my future flights with Flightsbank. Thanks Rubain!

Flightsbank is an unscrupulous company Flightsbank, an air travel company similar to Priceline, is an unscrupulous company, DO NOT USE FLIGHTSBANK. Booked a flight, called to confirm the flight, then 5 days later FLIGHTSBANK CANCELED MY FLIGHT. I had to book a new flight, lost my original travel date and I was hit with hundreds of dollars added cost. They said it was a security issue, something I’ve never heard of and has never ever been an issue. Evidence is I booked another flight with no problem.

I booked the flights from London to… I booked the flights from London to Orlando but after further discussion guess what we thought we'll fly to Miami! I took my chances and contacted Flightsbank Chat service. Travel desk 4 (Mr Rubain) started talking to me and he kindly offered to check and cancel my tickets. I was so relieved. The communication and support was great from Flisghtsbank. They seems to be a very honest team and I'd recommend to anyone. Superb A team ! All the best. Avinash
