I have been writing to them every few weeks and every time they come back to me, it’s the same excuse... “We are waiting for the supplier”. I called the supplier today and they have confirmed that they have had no communication from Flights Bank regarding a refund for me. My advise to anyone looking to use Flights Bank is to stay well away and do not be tempted by the misleading 4-5 star rating! It’s a poorly run operation, bordering on a scam!

I did book flights with flightbanks few… I did book flights with flightbanks few times. But when it come to refund and rebooking credit they are the worst, For a refund they keep saying they didn't get it from the airline which the airline clearly said they refunded to the travel agent for a month+. When it comes to reschedule a credit they charging you a rebooking fee while the airline is waving it plus they charge you more for the ticket then airline it's self,

Best customer service of any booking agency I have booked with Flightsbank many times over the last several years and have nothing but good things to say about this booking company Specifically I have worked with Martin. I called back today to book my annual xmas flight. I randomly got transferred to Martin and he actually remembered my previous bookings. What a pleasure to speak with a 'live' person that is so helpful and knowledgeable and willing to make the booking experience as painless as posssible Helps that this place seems to have the best deals around.
