Demanding staff but they give you refund on time I booked the flight from London to China with flightsbank back in Jan. Due to Coronavirus, we could not make the trip. Flightsbank, Henry and Rubain in particular have fulfilled the responsibility and the regulation by proving us full refund in 3 weeks, which are nice. However, Henry contacted us 4 times after the refund in 2 weeks to demand me to write this review. This is making us very uncomfortable.

After contacting for a refund of the difference I was promised but yet to receive. Not only did the over charge, but they never refunded the verification fee either. Not trustworthy🙁 Need my 💰

Best deal and excellent service! Best deal and excellent service. Usually when booking through a third party, its impossible to get in touch with an agent. This time, instead of me reaching out, Henry - one of the agents reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my booking. He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. I will definitely be returning again to book future flights!
